At VOLKS, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your VOLKS account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached; ensuring the clothing is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a complimentary home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your replacement item will be dispatched within 5 business days.
